Chris Donnelly joins firm to support continued growth across the UK and Ireland
Leading corporate finance advisory firm HNH Partners has announced the appointment of Chris Donnelly as Partner, further strengthening the firm’s senior leadership team as it continues to drive its local and regional growth ambitions.
Chris brings almost 20 years’ experience from ‘Big Four’ professional services firms, advising entrepreneurs, private equity investors and corporate clients on a wide range of complex M&A and capital raising transactions.
His appointment reflects HNH’s continued investment in senior talent as the firm builds on a sustained period of growth and increasing activity across key sectors including technology, business services, manufacturing, healthcare, food and beverage, financial services and renewable energy.
The business recently announced a record year as its teams in Belfast and Edinburgh completed 40 transactions worth in excess of £525 million in value.
In his new role, Chris will work closely with the wider HNH leadership team to support clients through acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and strategic growth opportunities, while also helping to further expand the firm’s growing client base.
